The goal is to help organizations do MORE with the same people — not cut headcount. This is a hill I will die on.
Adoption is the metric.
The best dashboard in the world is worthless if nobody opens it. Technology that doesn't get used is wasted. I build tools people actually want to use.
Domain experts should build.
The most valuable person in analytics isn't the best coder — it's the one who understands the business AND can build. That's the gap I live in.
